I purchased an apple watch on a monthly plan through Vodaphone last year. I cannot get the watch to connect to the data plan. I have tried contacting apple-who said to contact vodafone. I cannot get through to any people in vodafone, keep getting put back to the virtual assistant-which is not helping at all. I have followed all the suggestions but keep getting the message-unable to configure data. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and the customer service here is woeful. Please can someone point me in the direction of support.
