Vodafone has been overcharging me for the past five months and I am getting fed up with it.My normal contract charges was about £25 a month but now it has escalated to around £70 a month. I hardly make calls and when I am at home,I use the Wifi to be online.So what are these charges for.Is there a way to bring them under the law? Has anyone ever faced this scenario?

You need to go through all the itemised charges on your bill any out of bundle charges will be listed there, this will give you something to go on when contacting customer services about the bill.
If the charges are incorrect you will get them credited back.
