@Sarah100111 If you didn't find one using the Search button, FAQ, or Services section of this forum it's unlikely. Did you find anything using Google?

I very much doubt it. By the nature of "back office" teams, they tend not to be customer-facing.

Nope you have to go through support.  When you get through they won't listen to you, and then try to sell you an extra plan.  Literally happened to me on Monday, as of today I'm no longer a Vodafone customer!

That’s what I thought, only 1 more month then I can leave Vodafone.  Like you say they just don’t listen and don’t care, even when they have totally cocked my bill up

Hi @Sarah100111, i'm very sorry to hear your bill is incorrect, please message us directly on social media, so we can help get the bill corrected for you.

Vodafone 1st line will not let you talk to anyone who has any knowledge of billing. They will offer you broadband or an upgrade in an effort to annoy you even more when you have finally managed to get through one of the worst phone menu systems designed to make you hang up before you get a call handler though.

And Tobi is a robot whom you have to fight to get past only to get someone offshore who is following a script ☹️

My assumption is going to be that just like my own bill, the 24 months discount disappeared after 23 months - I checked and double-checked!  Trying to get the point across that I was trying to correct the bills just plain failed, the CSA seemed solely interested in getting me to either buy an additional plan or take a massively price inflated new contract (more expensive that going off contract with less data).
End result, I got my PAC code and have now switched to a decent NVMO using the Vodafone network, on a one-month rolling contract at a little over a third of the Vodafone upgrade price.  Less than 30 minutes after submitting the PAC code I was contacted by Vodafone saying I could stay on my existing plan for a further 2 years at the current rate.  I've already done the hard work, and found a cheaper plan, why would I want to stay!  This is so reminiscent of my broadband contract finally coming to an end!  **I'll probably return to Vodafone Broadband next year, but it won't be for the customer service!
