Bit of a shambles thus far...

Just joined Vodafone a few minutes ago and already contemplating cancelling; what a farce.

I picked my plan and completed checkout - no issues at all.

Shortly after, I get an email saying "thanks for registering with Vodafone" along with my username and an 8 character, lowercase password.  Is it 2001 again?  F for effort team, that'll be broken in mere seconds.

Not to worry, I immediately logged in to change it.

So... the password has met the rules, but hasn't met the rules?!

I then get a message saying the password can't be changed. Seconds later, I get an email saying it HAS been changed.

So I try to login again.  The old password doesn't work, so it must have changed.  The new one however, also doesn't work.  After clearing cookies, LS & SS, I try again.

Bingo, the OTP screen.

For god's sake. Seriously?! 404 not found... on an OTP screen?

A bit of digging into the API request shows "CUSTOMER_DATA_NOT_FOUND".  Overall, the onboarding process is pretty shambolic.  Weak security, lots of errors and a horrific UX.

Can someone give me a reason to stick with Vodafone? Thanks!

Phew! Cancelled this morning, which was thankfully quick & easy.
