15 days ago while roaming in the US I stopped receiving incoming calls. Data and outgoing calls were working.
I use an iphone 13 pro, my vodafone was on an e-sim and I had a US physical sim in my phone.
I raised a complaint to the director's office complaints team and they started raising orders etc. on my account to remove barring etc. etc. They also activated a sim swap to a physical sim that I was already in possession of. The physical sim got activated but still with no incoming calls / texts. I returned to the UK and a the problem remained. They said the orders were all backed up and couldn't be cleared and that the problem had been escalated. Then the physical sim stopped working for a week. Two days ago the physical sim started working again, but still no incoming calls or texts. I am speaking to the Vodafone complaints team every day for the last 15 days and every day they tell me it will be fixed in 24 hours. This is a nightmare. Has anyone had similar issues which have been resolved I am at my whits end.
Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear there's been a delay in getting the issue with your calls sorted @bedasaka. As our Customer Relations team are our highest escalation point, once an issue's been raised to them, we're unable to intervene on your behalf. To save you needing to keep calling them regarding this, if you pop us a private message through one of our social channels, we'll be more than happy to check and get you an update on their progress with this.

I sent you guys a message on twitter but Ryan responded and said there are network issues in my area. It isn't that of course, I have been without service for 15 days!!!
