Hi,
I just received a SMS notification about bills this month.
However the amount it's much higher than I expected.
So I want to check it in my account.
In the billing page it shows:
Sorry - you do not have access to billing.
This might be because of your access permissions or plan type.
I can't check my bills without accessing.
How do I solve this or wait for a while?

Hi @SquallLiu, have you ever been able to access your billing before from the My Vodafone account? Are you using the My Vodafone App? If so, can you try to sign in from the Vodafone website to see if you have access.

Hi, I find I can access it with another browser.
But I get another error:
You don't have monthly bills for this number
If you want to check a Pay monthly bill, please go back to Account summary and choose a number for a Pay monthly account.
It's strange because I had top up once before, And it has a few amount in my account.

If you send our Social Media Team a message on Twitter or Facebook, the team can help you get access your My Vodafone account and give you a break down of the bill. Just remember to include your Community username and any screenshots of the errors would be really helpful. You can find the contact details here. 😊
