Hi,
I originally had a contract with Vodafone and eventually ended up obtaining a new contract with another Vodafone provider as Vodafone wouldn't price match the offer from the new company (cue ridiculously painful number migration process)
The contract had a new number and I ported over my old number to the new account.
The problem is now that when I log into My Vodafone, the account has no associated plan because it seems to be attached to my old account, which was terminated. I assume this is because the account is linked to my email address, which is the same for both accounts.
Can someone please explain how I can access my new account? Every method I try ends up on the old account with no plan.

@adamclark - we can look at this from our side. We might need to ‘cleanse’ your old account so that it doesn’t show the same email address being used.

You need to register your account with a different Username, but can use the same Email.
The old username and password will still work for the Account which has no line until a very long time a Vodafone are not good at closing old Accounts.

A long time ago, I changed by account from Business to Personal and Customer Services deleted the online account so that I could set up a new one 24 hours later. In that case, of course, the personal details were changing, but the number remained the same.
Do what Gemma suggests and all should be well.
