hi , can you please direct me to how i can speak to the Credit File Support team directly as i have waited for several call backs from the person dealing with my issue & they seem to have to liaise between me & this team  - i need further help on resolving my issue with a default being removed ,

The Credit File Specialist Team are not customer facing @nicnac1806 

Therefore I'd suggest the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they can collate your information and pass to the Credit File Teams.
