I have not been able to access my account or My Vodafone app for ages. Every call/webchat I make takes over an hour with the same answers, none of which work. Reset username/password - doesn't work, Reset account and wait 48hrs, doesn't work. All done by support. The only half useful answer from support is that there is a back office issue. This is no use to me. Nobody cares. The only two things that keep me from throwing my SIM in the bin is that the signal here is good and I'm in mid-contract.
Does anyone else have this problem, or even better a solution that works? I've wasted hours online on the phone and emailing and I've lost the will to live. I'm so tempted to just get a different sim and throw the account away as I really object to paying for a service I'm not receiving. Like most big companies now, you can't speak to anyone who can get the job done, they just roll out a script that doesn't work. Vodafone, you should be ashamed with the way you treat your customer of 20+ years
