Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help with my issue.
I am trying to make a purchase on a game I play for £4.99 through charge to bill and it keeps failing stating that I have reached my limit. I previously had a £30 limit on it and after speaking to Vodafone they raised it to £40 today. I also spoke to Google play and they have stated it is not on their end. In November I charged a total of £6.69 to my bill so as you can see, I am nowhere near my limit.
I read somewhere that Google play has a monthly limit of £10 a month, could this be the issue? And if so.. Does anyone know when it would reset? I'd have thought with it being the 1st of December it would have reset today so that leaves me thinking maybe it isn't the issue.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
