I took a Vodaphone connection with roaming@6GBP per day. I have landed at the destination country and the phone is not working.
I have tried contacting Vodaphone but the chat is not working despite repeated attempts. I cant call them up as the phone is not working.
Can someone help as need the phone up and running asap

You don't mention the country you are visiting. There is more than likely a roaming restriction on your account that needs to be removed. Vodafone also apply a credit limit to the account.
You can also try doing a manual roam on your phone, you are able to roam on any network where you can get a connection.
You could try the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger @PPS

Also try latching to a different network via your network connections in your phone's settings.
It may also be worth just checking your phone's settings for any relevant roaming settings and or try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination.
Ultimately as Vodafone can't control what happens with a foreign network you may have to use Wi-Fi where you can or use a local sim card if your phone's unlocked to all networks I'm the interim.
Try clearing your browsers history and cache and cookies and Tey chat again and or try another browser to connect to Live Chat.
