Hi!
I had a big value bundle for years. I have moved abroad to a "B" category country and since they announced changes in the use of bundles- mine stopped working - even though they sent a message there will be no changes until further notice - so I opted out. But now even though my number is topped up- I cannot make or receive any calls! I am livid!!!!!! I have been using this number for over a decade and now they just cancel all services because I am abroad!! Total disregard of loyal customers!
Please someone explain what needs to be done to get my number working again!
