My partner and I have vodafone contracts, but we would like to combine them on one account rather than have two seperate, the monthly payments for both come out of the same bank account at different times.

A person with two contrscts can have them merged so their on the same myvodafone but they would need to be in the same name.

If you both have individual contacts under your own names then they won't be able to merge them.

Customer services on 191 , Live Chat or the Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can officially clarify @Skiprat1965

They can also discuss anything related to your Direct Debit.

Hi @Skiprat1965

It sounds like a Change of Ownership for one of the contracts to your name or your partners, would solve the problem this way the both contracts will be on the one account with just one direct debit for both numbers on the same date.  If this is an option this can be completed here: Transfer of Ownership

edited to add: If you still wanted the direct debit taken from separate accounts, Vodafone should still be able to split the account to enable this to be done.

If you do combine the two accounts, there are a couple of things to consider:

You'll be able to see each other's details.  Not normally a problem, but something to note.   The bill will be combined so usage and call history will be available.
The account will be in one name.   That person should contact Customer Services and authorise access and control for the other partner.  Again, there's an element of trust, but it also means the account can be operated by the non-holder if the holder is incapacitated.
