Pay monthly third party sim contract error “personal details”

Third party with Uswitch sim only contract keep making an error, have tried everything from clearing browser to cache, different cards, address is correct, goes all the way through bank details, credit details, contacting bank electronically and then error message. 
now worries that this may affect my credit rating. Which is not good

When trying to switch my pay-monthly plan to a new provider, I noticed that my personal details were incorrectly carried over, causing several billing discrepancies. Has anyone else faced similar issues with third-party contracts affecting their account information?

Hi @bilalmeo4u If your details have been carried over incorrectly, please get in touch with your current provider you are with. If it's personal information, they can update it for you, if it's the number files and the service is affected, they can raise this and ask the old provider for the missing files. Tal
