Hello, is it possible to set up conditional call forwarding, as follows:
all calls diverted to number X, except calls from Y or Z?

The available Call Diverts from Vodafone are explained in How-do-I-manage-call-diverts.
And explained officially by Vodafone in FAQ-s/Conditional-Call-Forwarding. on how to achieve what your wanting to do.

Hi @Lynxthecat
If you are diverting all calls, you would be unable to exclude numbers. See here: Conditional Call Forwarding

Thank you for these links, but whilst how to divert all calls seems clear, it is not clear how to exclude numbers, so as to give:
all calls diverted to number X, except calls from Y or Z.
What am I missing?

You're not missing anything except that feature doesn't exist 😀
It's not a feature of the network.
You can either divert your calls in the scenario you'd like (e.g. when busy, not answered, switched off or even all calls) however there's no way to opt certain numbers out.

Hi Again.
Those are the only options available via Vodafone UK @Lynxthecat which are highlighted in the Vodafone Support Page and write up by the Vodafone Social Media Team's

Hi @Lynxthecat
The simplest thing to do is is not to divert all calls and just divert when not answered, you will then be able to answer calls you wanted to receive, all other calls would go to voicemail or to your chosen number for diverting.

The post edits above changing the advice from: 'it is possible' to: 'it is not possible' make following this thread a little difficult now.
In any case, if it is not possible with the default forwarding options, can such a request not be implemented upon request by Vodafone? The use case for our business seems pretty ordinary.
