Credit File Support Team

Hello,

 

I am having a night mare with Vodafone! 

 

Please can can you give me an email address and a telephone number for the credit file support team, and again for collections.

i was PROMiSED that a default due to be removed in August would be removed immediately should I make full payment which I did !

 

treating me like a fool don’t get a Vodafone contract ever!

The Vodafone Social Media Team here have a credit file specialist teams for assistance. 

They'll catch up with your thread and bring you in away from the open forum to pass security checks and they'll help you further with this situation by passing your info to the relevant department. 

As The Credit File Teams are not customer facing their isn't a telephone number etc for them.

@Aeroash18 As stated by @BandOfBrothers, we do have a Credit File team within Social Media. 

They'll be able to look into your query regarding the default and take any appropriate actions after their investigation. 

I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch with them directly.

You can call 191 and ask for the Credit File Support Team as advisors have an extension number for them.

 

Do note that the team can remove a default immediately but it can take up to 30 days to see that removal on your credit report as it only updates once a month; however, any lenders, etc. will see that removed default within 2 days.

No you can’t  they won’t put you through

I urgently need contact telephone numbers, email addresses for the credit file support team !

@Aeroash18 As mentioned before, we don't have a direct contact for our Credit Team, they are contactable initially via email.

 

Do you have a reference number that was sent you on email? It will look something like this #[1234567].

Believe me, Vodafone very much CAN keep hiding no matter how urgent your query.  Basically you have two ways out of this :-

a) Follow the instructions in the Social Media Team's private message to the letter - if you don't get an auto-reply to your mail with a reference number in the header, you haven't followed the instructions accurately.

OR

b) As it's urgent you can try emailing the CEO - details easily found via Google - this cuts through all the red tape and some people have had success with this approach.
