Can somebody please help me as I am at my wits end!? It is absolutely horrific trying to get to the bottom of a serious issue! I have been on endless amount of telephone calls with advisors, and I keep having to repeat my issue every time I am transferred to a different department. I contacted social media team via FB who said they can't do anything further an advised I call with a unique reference number but when I provided this number i still had to explain my issue several times.

 

I raised a dispute with CISAS regarding an outstanding balance and as part of this the case handler advised that an incorrect ETF of roughly £300 was applied and that they were willing to correct this. I need confirmation that the balance is being adjusted before I pay off what is owed and clear from my credit file. I have been bounced to accounts, collections and everything in between with no resolution!

Hi @AdammLou 👋 It sounds like your complaint is being dealt directly with our Customer Relations Team. When a complaint is raised you should receive an email with a link to your complaint where you can liaise with the team. Once a complaint is with the relations team, other departments are limited in what they can action, however we can view the complaint, add notes etc and request your case handler to contact you if needed.
