Hi,
I have discovered an unknown credit default against my credit score for the last two months, despite paying the contract off in full on two contracts.
Can someone please contact me reference this, please? I am requesting to have it removed as I have no idea what it is for.

These are my two contracts. I have both emails confirming I have paid this balance in full.
