You have posted on the pay monthly board @Vilas , and will have a monthly line rental bill regardless of whether you have used the service.

To check your bill, log on to your online account, or Application, all itemised charges will be there.  Vodafone have additional information here My Bill

I never used any data. Yes I know I have a sim only card. I have made it very clear that I should receive my msg and sms if I am international, outside uk but I cannot reply. The mobile data has to be switched on for me to receive.!
