Defaulted Vodafone on credit report

I have an £11 default on my credit account. I do not owe this money to vodafone and now I have 9 months of missed payments on my file which I need removing. 

I have spent 3 hours on live chat and this still is not solved. I have been on hold only to be cut off several times. I have sent messages on Facebook. Nobody is doing anything to sort this out. Please help

I know how damaging a default can be.

Contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate this.

I'd suggest Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

They will catch up with your Facebook Post.

They do get very busy and we are now on a weekend.

I'd also suggest to send a tweet if you use Twitter.
