I upgraded to the new iPhone on Thursday 12th November and since then I have had my sim disconnected unable to use data, make calls or send texts. I have called customer service and had no luck and keep being fobbed off!
I have tried to log in to my account and I can’t even do that now 😡😡!
I want this sorted now!
You seem happy still to send me my bill though 😡!

As Account Access isn't available via this forum you'll need to continue to contact customer services or use Live Chat or contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
