Can anyone explain why I only get a 15% discount on the Unlimited Max +3 Extra Benefits when I should get 25% according to the Terms of the scheme.

I have just come back to this answer. I have given up with Vodafone. Everytime you generate a code it is marked as used even if you don’t end up using it. It says “selected xtra plans” you can try multiple different plans and all reject the code, saying plan is already discounted (when it doesn’t show it is). I don’t believe these discounts exist, it seems you would have to try your code on endless plans to see if it is accepted. Bye

The 83 Global Roaming Plan is the top plan. I have the same plan and that only get 15% discount.
The conditions say on "SELECTED" and I believe the 83 Global Roaming plan in in the Second Category/
