End of contract - What happens to applied discounts?

Hi all

I am coming to the end of my 18 month SIM only contract and I’m actually quite happy with the payments and service.

At the beginning of my contract, I negotiated a discount based on having VF Broadband and additional lines.

As I understand it, when the contract end date comes around, I will be on a rolling monthly contract until I recommit or leave but does anyone know whether the discounts that have been applied to my account at the start of the contract “fall off”?  Will I be moved onto the full price of the plan without discounts?

Hi @mikey911 When your contract agreement ends, any applied discounts will be removed. That being said, depending on the plan discount, it isn't always removed on the day your agreement ends. You'll be able to view when exactly your discount will be removed on your PDF bill breakdown.
