Need to replace the physical SIM card on a pay monthly account, but Vodafone customer service is of no help.
Tobi the chatbot cannot understand the questions, "Need a replacement SIM", "Need a new SIM", and "How do I get a new SIM". Nor can Tobi connect me to a human.
The help page on the web site says call 40618 to get a replacement SIM. I called, it said go to the web site, and then hung up.
