Entertainment pack error - Amazon prime

Trying to activate prime.  When I press accept ts&cs 

I then get the Vodafone logo and a error 8001 followed by  a this page doesn't exist message.

May be resolved now, turns out I need to cancel my current prime subscription. Will reach out once that's cancelled if the issue still persist!
