Hi all,
I have made a pre-order for the S21 Ultra, the day it was released but the tracking is not working at all for me. I have the Proof-of-purchase e-mail but after the chaos I faced before with pre-orders I am a bit concerned.
Is anyone else facing this as well, or does their WEB reference actually work?
I would wait for the release but then if there's an issue it's just going to be more and more waiting.

Did you get confirmation about the pre order ok @tommygunyeah
You won't be able to track until it's in despatched status.

Wrong, i've always been able to see the order status when pre ordering! This is an error message that's unusual.

As @BandOfBrothers advised @prodigualson, you may not be be able to see the progress of your order until closer to the release date. As you've received an email confirming your order, I'm sure there won't be a problem with your pre-order. If you'd like us to make sure everything's on track for you, pop us a message through one of our social channels.
