Evo appears to be where you pay for your handset separately to your price plan. I'd assume as you'd be taking a new device then you'd be able to take advantage either if you're currently at the point in your contact where you can upgrade or if taking out a new line.
If you already have a handset in contract with Vodafone. they'd want you to see out that commitment first.
