I left Vodafone in March 2023 after significant issues and loss of service. Transferred to another Network - porting my number with PAC code. But I keep getting billed and believe Vodafone still think I have an account with them. I have spoken with agents but still not resolved - got a £5 charge today for not paying (obviously I had cancelled my direct debit)!!!

Vodafone do recommend not to cancel the DD until the final 0.00 bill has been received @Robin3376 . When you leave there are still two bills to follow, one of which may contain a credit. If the DD has been cancelled too soon this would leave Vodafone without an account to repay what is owed back to you. There is further information here: Final Bill
The best way forward is to contact Vodafone through Customer Service channels. There is also the Social Team here : Contact Us
