Hello.
Hope you are all well.
Quite frustrated and I’m hoping anybody can help.
I have an Apple Watch that’s been sat in the drawer for nearly a year and I just want to pay it off as I don’t want to pay any longer for it.
I spoken to support on twitter who said I can pay X amount and it’ll end the contract. I was advised I’d have to contact live support, did this and live support said I cannot do this, after back and fourth they put me through to pay. I waited 30 minutes the chat was closed on me. I went through again waited another 30 minutes and then I was told that I can definitely do this but I can only pay it off on the app or in store.
I have clicked on everything and I cannot seem where to pay for the watch on the app?. I just don’t want to drive 30 minutes to a store to be told I cannot pay it off as I’m not sure what to believe now.
Any help would be appreciative.
Thanks.
Corey

It's a conundrum as to why Vodafone appear to be making this a difficult option to pay off the watch.

Have you phoned 191 and spoken to an agent ? Instead of using Live Chat.

I see youve already contacted the Vodafone Social Media Teams.

I suspect the reason for this @Coreylewisa96 is the watch was purchased to share your allowances with the iphone and this would have included OneNumber, and this would also need to be cancelled.
The watch would have been subject to a 24 month contract but you should still be able to cancel by contacting live chat or Customer Service, if you are still in contract, there may be an early termination charge to pay.
As you are not using the watch, you are free to sell the device.
