How to cancel order??

Hi,

I lost my phone (Tesco mobile card in it) and then I ordered iPhone with bill pay over Vodafone.

Now everything arrived, but I managed to find my old phone.

I want to cancel the order and return the phone and sim card, but I don't have 10 digit order number. I can't even log into MyVodafone.

What to do???
