Everytime someone leaves me a message my voicemail calls me. I want it turned off but mailbox settings doesn’t give me that option. I’ve managed to stop the text message alert by disabling slam down notifications but the calls keep coming and there are no options to switch off on 121

Hi @Nelliepud
This is from an older thread here Missed-call-SMS-alert which talks about how to change how your notified about a voicemail.
“ The default setting is with an icon popping up on your phone screen, but you can also be notified by text, or by an automated phone call. You can change your preference at any time.
To make a change:
If your still having issues then customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can access your account to assist you.

Yes @Nelliepud these are indeed slam down notification texts for when a caller has been redirected to your voicemail and hang up without leaving a message.
Easily solved with options 4 > 3 >5
If you have not recorded a personal voicemail greeting well worth doing, callers are more likely to leave a message.

Thanks Ann but mailbox settings are telling me these are disabled so I’m not sure what’s going on
