I can't register my account. I tried PC, iPhone, and Huawei mobile phones, but none of them can be registered normally. Neither Safari, edge nor Chrome can register. When I entered the phone number according to the format and clicked "Continue", nothing happened. I originally used a mobile phone number from another communication company and switched to here without changing the mobile phone number. Is this the reason? I tried to enter the original and the new temporary number, but I still can't register. I need to connect to the internet! In the case of not being able to register, I have no way to check why I only have 50MB of traffic per day, and my package is obviously more than that.

It sounds like you are on standard PAYG rates and not pay monthly @Hecheeu . If you refer to this link you will see the standard PAYG rates. PAYG
As far as registering your number, this may be due to the number not having fully ported and this will be completed the following working day. You can also try clearing your cookies and try reregistering, this can sometimes clear the error.

Thank you for your patient guidance. However, the link you provided only allows me to buy a new SIM card, and I can't enter my mobile phone number to change to PAYG. Do I need to log in to my account to modify it to PAYG, which means that I can't modify it these days?
