I have a contract, wife payg.

Hi,

Sorry if this is a basic question, but hopefully someone can assist.  I have a Vodafone pay monthly contract and my wife Vodafone PAYG.  Unfortunately she is unwell and I will need to manage her affairs going forward.  Is there an easy way   Is there an easy way for me to “merge” her PAYG into my contract, or set up a way that I manage her PAYG.

As these are two different types of account, each will need it own separate account and log in @Si1 

The other alternative is to move the account to pay monthly under your account.  If you log in you will see the others available.  Further information for you here: Vodafone additional plans existing customers

You can ask her to contact Vodafone Customer Services to add you as a named account user so you have access @Si1

Hi @Si1 - thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear your wife isn't well. As well as the other information you've been given here, if you've power of attorney, this can be added to the account.
