If I stop paying my phone plan, will something happen?

Hey so my phone plan is very expensive from Vodafone. I want to go and get a new phone plan with another company. If I stop paying the phone plan will something happen? I don't know my email or my password for the account too.

Hi @fanciho2 If you wish to cancel you'll need to give us a call on 191. If you're still within the terms of your contract then you'll have an Early Termination Fee to pay. If you just stop paying whilst still in contact, you'll still be liable and will be billed. Any non-payments can have detrimental impact to your credit file.
