I am trying to contact Vodafone but stuck with the chat function. My account has bankruptcy notes which shouldn't be on there, and is suddenly causing problems for me changing my plan with One Com, because of some notes!!? I need to speak to the right department to get these removed, so I can change my plan now I'm out of contract. Have been with Vodafone since 1997, and never had this issue, or changing plans which I last did 2 years ago. Please help.

As far as is known @maddy8 , Vodafone wouldn't have access to the account, if your account is with OneCom, you will need to speak to them here: OneCom
