Hello
I am a loyal customer of Vodafone since 2012. This week, I have been charged over £30 of fees for calling a landline number. For some reason my parent's 0118 9 Wokingham standard number has been picked up as a premium charge.
The online chat function has not been helpful as they will not confirm that my PIN is correct, although we have not changed it. It is also a very clunky technology system and does not work well on a mobile device as the chat box disappears. Your automated phone line is frustrating because it never picks up properly what is being said and then directs back to the chat function.
Please can you get back to me Vodafone, this is not acceptable.

We do have the Vodafone Social Media Team's who reply on the forum but with account issues they can't help from here.
For them to assist you would need to contact them on Twitter or Facebook. Link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
