Incorrect contract

Hi All

Not sure what to do I was on a normal monthly mobile contract a few months ago and then a few months ago upgraded my mobile

However in last couple of months have been getting lots of emails about business mobile inviting me to small business conferences these are all from Vodafone

I thought it was strange but junk email until I got several asking about me filling in a survey as a small business  I logged on to my Vodafone account and it says I am on a Vodafone business account

As it is past the 30 day cooling off period any ideas as to what to do? If I cancel contract will I have to pay the outstanding balance of £2k?

Any advice would be great

Hi @STORMY2021

The easiest way to get the contract transferred from business to personal is to complete and submit this form: Transferring your number and agreement

If you need some help this can be done using live chat or calling Customer Services.  Alternatively, speak to the Social Team by following the information here: Contact Us

Will I mot be liable for remaining months of contract?

Yes @STORMY2021

you will be liable for the remaining time left on the contract.  When you complete and submit the change of ownership form, the only thing that will change will no longer be on a business contract and will be on personal as your preference.

So I will have to pay the remaining £2k of the contract when I change ownership from business to personal?

No @STORMY2021  you won't have to pay any early termination charges.  The only thing that changes will be the contract will no longer be business and will be changed to on personal.  Everything else stay the same.

Vodafone will send you confirmation when the contract has been transferred from business to personal.
