Hi guys! Anyone else had a late payment fee despiteinitiatimg the payment on the date of the invoice?
In this particular case the June incoice /July payment/ was pending taking from the bank account/ pending category and then Vodafone sent a text message saying that the bill is jot paid?
If that's the case @Hmagyar then I'd certainly recommend phoning Vodafone on 191 or use Live Chat.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's can also access accounts if you contact them via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger.

The first places to look will be your online bank account, the Vodafone Application and online account. If the direct debit has not been collected and the amount is still outstanding this will be seen through the accounts.
If a direct debit is active you need to take this up with your bank to find the reason it was unpaid.
