Does anyone have any advice on how to terminate a contract due to service quality failures without paying termination fees? I'm at the end of my tether with Vodafone data being unusable in any busy place. My Three and O2 sims don't have this problem.
(NB: I can spare you the trouble of trying to diagnose a fault. I have done everything including swapping sims/devices, resetting, changing network settings etc. All the evidence suggests that it's the network that cannot cope with the traffic)

You need to start following their official complaints procedure. Document everything and when at deadlock or after 8 weeks, go to the FOS.
How long do you have left on your contract?
