Lost device plan

Hi so long story roughly 3 weeks ago vodafone have lost 2 of my device plans that are under a legal document they won't let me pay the devices as there saying there bot there but can see the loan agreement I've been ringing trying to sort the issue and nothings being done and now I'm at my wits end with vodafone as a company anyone help me out ?

It's not entirely clear from your post how the issue pans out, I'm afraid.   However, for account access, your best bet would be to start with the Social Media Team via Facebook or Twitter.   You can explain in more detail and then leave it with them to investigate rather than hanging on the end of a call or chat session.
