Making a call to a Thai number from within Thailand - charges

I'm from the UK and on a pay monthly contract. I am currently in Thailand and need to call Emirates airlines which I assume means I call the Thai version. As I'm in Thailand and not calling internationally, will it be expensive https://mobdro.onl/ https://vidmate.onl/?
