My son has arrived in Spain and his mobile data is not working. He had the same problem when he went away in August. He’s spoke to Sam advisor and gone through all the troubleshooting and it’s still not working. The only thing they have said is to increase the cap on it but this could take anywhere from 2 hours to 24 - he’s only there for 4 days. Completely ridiculous that they cannot get it to work when it’s included in his plan. Any help much appreciated

Hi @janeolivier. It's disappointing to see your post. We understand both the importance of keeping connected abroad and receiving the required help when needed. Although we don't have access to the account and communication history via the Community to see what troubleshooting has already been actioned, here are the recommended checks:
- Roaming Charge Checker tool online (To check if Spain is included in their plan)
- Roaming bars (Turn off any active roaming bars in the My Vodafone account so that they can still use their data and other services while they're away)
- Spend Manager (If their limit is set to £0 they won’t be able to roam in destinations that aren’t included in their plan - Pay monthly customers only)
- Network selection (Make sure to check that the correct network in Spain is selected, as your son may be connecting to the incorrect roaming network)
