my iPhone upgrade was due to be delivered Friday. Immediately after getting the estimated time that morning I rescheduled to Saturday delivery and paid the 4.99.
however on Friday afternoon my delivery was then updated as refused (they didn’t come to the house as we have cctv), and sent back to Vodafone.
I’ve spent an hour each on phone AND chat but can’t get a confirmed answer of when it will be resent. The answers are just always ‘should’ or ‘may’ be delivered by X date but contact us if not.
I’ve raised a complaint but the confirmation is stating 7-10 days. I need a the phone asap and also a confirmed date to ensure someone is here to accept delivery, as I obviously can’t trust DPD rescheduling.
im also still yet to receive my 4.99 back as DPD stated they don’t deal with this, and Vodafone keep ignoring requests for it.
anyone from Vodafone able to help please?

@Markh1985 - thanks for reaching out to us about this. I understand how frustrating it can be arranging delivers, especially with this one going wrong. If you arranged this reschedule through DPD, you'd need to please reach out to them again, about the money you've paid. With you now making a complaint to us, this will be at the highest point of escalation, so my team on Social Media won't be able to intervene.
