As you are able to log in @RDURICI , go to your settings and reset the App, and try logging in again.
It may be something Vodafone are working on and the problems will be resolved later.

Tryed that many times as advised by vodafone social media team,and eaven closed my online account and re registered a couple of times and still not good.

I am having the exact issue, same using a browser and all Vodafone do is reset my password and promise me it will work then it makes no difference, is there answer to getting this solved.

Yes move to a different network,I've had this issue for months now and they still don't have a clue what is the issue.

I've had this issue since I upgraded in May. I was able to view all my usage previously, I've tried clearing the cache & data, removing the app entirely and reinstalling. I just get the error code: 4614. I can log in, but no data is shown. It's super frustrating, as I usually use this to keep an eye on my data and when it will be renewing, but looks like there doesn't seem to be a solution.
