New Vodafone pay monthly Sim Only Max .
Postcode checker said good indoor and outdoor 4g - but can't make or receive calls inside or outside where I work - it works brilliantly every where else.
We are not in a valley / no tall buildings etc - I have moved over from 3 network and had no problems with their signal.
Can't get through on phone - found something called TOBI which said systems were down.......
I ordered a new handset as had mine a few years now to see if that was the problem - but no difference.
No wifi calling available at work.
Unsure how to proceed really.
Any advice from anybody.
As you get signal at other places @whiteswan then your phone and sim card and account are OK.
It might be mast congestion where you work or it's a fringe coverage area.
Use the template in Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template by cipy and pasting it in your thread and the Vodafone Social Media Team's can take a look.
