New plan through carephone warehouse - Voxi PAC not working

Hi,

I wanted to get a new plan through carephone warehouse with Vodafone but the PAC doesn't work because since I am with Voxi, a sister network of Vodafone, it says I am already with Vodafone. I asked Vodafone chat and was told this wouldn't be considered an 'upgrade' either - nor would I want it to be because their upgrade deals are not as good for what I want. 

Any advice on this issue, is it possible to get this new plan and go from Voxi to Vodafone through carphone?

Hi @kinnie! If the contract through Carphone Warehouse is Vodafone Pay Monthly, you can take out the contract with them and then fill in the Keep My Number form here, which will move the VOXI number onto your Vodafone SIM card and close down your VOXI account. You'll just need to select the following options: Move from Vodafone to Vodafone > Pay As You Go to Pay Monthly. 

If the contract with Carphone Warehouse is Pay As You Go, contact the VOXI Social Media team via Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or Instagram under VOXI UK, and they'll be able to move your number over for you if all the details match and we're able to complete data protection on both accounts 🙂
