I've renewed my Vodafone contract with a new package that includes a free entertainment pack, however, I have not yet received a text with my free pack and it's been over a month.
I have accessed my offers section on the website and it only gives me the option to sign up to services by paying monthly, no free packs.
I believe my account may not have the free entertainment pack assigned to it, could someone check this and enable it for me?
Hi @jamestalmond 👋 If you haven't already can you text Entertainment to 97613 and then follow the instructions, make sure you have WiFi switched off when you do this and that you are using mobile data.
