Hello,
I recently ported to Vodafone and since then have stopped receiving all OTP / verification code messages from all Banks, Apps, Websites, Microsoft, yahoo, etc. I can however get still OTP messages from Vodafone.
I have tried contacting customer care multiple times regarding this, but all they can say is that they can see no issues with the account.
Have tried taking sim out for 5 minutes, multiple reboots, sim in another handset, etc
Checked the settings in messaging app, turned off spam blocker, turned off business verification by Google
Then technical support offered to disconnect and reconnect the account. Was without service for almost a full day and when it came back, same problem.
Then they said, a sim swap would sort it and sent out a new sim. Still not working.
I'm at the end of my tether!!!!! Wish i had stayed with BT....
Would appreciate all the help I can get

That thread seems to offer some possible solutions. Hope you get it sorted as I can imagine that's a right pain
