Now TV cancel entertainment pass

Hi, 

I am on a plan that included the NOW Tv pass however this is up on 15 Feb 21. I dont use the subscription so do not wish to have this once my pass with vodafone is up and therefore wish to cancel. 

On NOW Tv it sends me back to vodafaone when trying to cancel.. and vodafone sends me back to NOW Tv. I am going around in circles at present. 

How do i get rid of the NOW Tv pass??

If you have problems speak to the Social Team here: Contact Us and Vodafone should be able to remove the subscription from your account.
