So I was given a PAC code for two numbers on my account, then I was told I needed 1 per number, so I went and got 1 per number.
1 of my numbers has successfully ported
But the PAC code EE give me, Vodafone says doesnt match the system. We've then tried a few of the other PAC codes I've had, now the first one I was given, for both numbers, matches Vodafones system, but the status is cancelled. Vodafone say they can't do anything without a valid PAC code, EE say they can't give another PAC code.
Stuck here, no idea what to do, spoke to both porting teams numerous times personally, and through vodafone advisors.
Anyone got any idea?

If the mobile number is showing as live on the ee network, then there should be no reason why they can't issue a pac.
You may be speaking to their front end customer services and may instead need to ask for this to be escalated.

There has been a PAC generated, in date until May, but when i speak to vodafone, they say it doesnt match what they have in there system. yes I have spoke to porting support at EE, they have a MNP team, who say the pac i have been given is valid, but vodafone say it doesnt match

Where Vodafone are concerned @mrstuharrison when you want to port with two numbers, it needs to be done through your online account on switch my number, would have thought with EE it would be the same. Take a look at your EE online account and see if it's possible to switch your number this way.

Righty'o well ive ported one number now, with one pac code.
Ive still got 1 number to port, and the PAC code doesnt match what vodafone have on their system, and 1 pac code matches, but says is cancelled on vodafones system

Yes @mrstuharrison , when multiple numbers are ported it causes confusion, and the porting needs to be completed through your online account, it would be the same for all networks.
The PAC has been cancelled on Vodafone systems and it should now be possible to port through your online account, try asking EE CS if this can be done.

EE @mrstuharrison you are switching your number from EE to Vodafone.
edit to add: Hope you are able to port the number through your EE account, come back to the thread and post how you got on.
